All prices shown are in Canadian funds, and are subject to change without notice. If you are purchasing with a credit card, either directly or through PayPal, the exchange for your country will be made automatically on your credit card or bank statement.

No refunds, credits or exchanges on products that have been opened and/or used. Please call for approval before sending back unopened products for a store credit. There will be a 10% restocking charge and shipping to return will be your expense. If there is a manufacturer's defect your product will be replaced.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours by Canada Post Expedited unless otherwise specified. A $2 handling fee will be added to all orders, effective September 1, 2009

If items are out of stock, we will let you know and give you the opportunity to re-order. Back ordered items will no longer be shipped automatically unless pre-authorized by the customer.
